From the vibrant cocktail culture of Bratislava to the glamorous bar scene of London, Erik’s path led him to the helm of The Savoy’s legendary American Bar, where he was crowned International Bartender of the Year and helped secure its title as the World’s Best Bar. Inspired by the artistry of Japanese bartending, his unique style blends precision, elegance and storytelling in every glass.

In 2019, Erik unveiled his own vision with the opening of Kwãnt Mayfair, a luxury cocktail destination in the heart of London. Within months, it entered the World’s 50 Best Bars and quickly became one of the most talked-about venues in the industry. Kwãnt Mayfair has since evolved into a global name, with pop-ups in Dubai and Ibiza, and its new Mayfair home at 52 Stratton Street earning accolades including New Bar of the Year and Best Bar Food from Class Bar Magazine.
