Andrew Wong is an award-winning chef and anthropologist. Born in Britain to Chinese parents, his upbringing and heritage have deeply influenced his culinary journey. With a strong academic background, Andrew’s cooking blends the past’s rich traditions with a forward-looking approach. In 2012, he and his wife Nathalie opened A.Wong, named in honour of his parents, Albert and Annie which earned its first Michelin star in 2017 and second in 2021.
